Moore Home Services is seeking an Electrical Operations Manager to lead and grow our residential electrical department. You will oversee service, installation, and responsibility for safety, code compliance, and profitability, while building a high-performing team of electricians and apprentices.

You will drive budgeting, KPI tracking, scheduling optimization, and close collaboration with sales, dispatch, and customer service to achieve exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential electrical experience with leadership.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical systems.
• Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license (preferred/required).
• Proven ability to manage budgets, KPIs, and profitability.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
