Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential electrical experience with progressive leadership responsibilities.
- Licensed journeyman or master electrician as required by local regulations.
- Strong NEC knowledge and code compliance experience.
- Experience managing budgets, profitability, and KPIs.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead, recruit, coach, and develop electricians and apprentices.
- Oversee service, repair, replacement, and installation operations.
- Ensure compliance with NEC and safety regulations across projects.
- Monitor KPIs, labor productivity, and departmental profitability.
- Collaborate with sales, dispatch, and customer service for seamless operations.
- Support estimating, job scoping, and larger project proposals.
