Moore Home Services in California seeks an Electrical Operations Manager to lead residential electrical service and installation. You’ll recruit, mentor, and manage teams, ensure safety and code compliance, and drive profitability across the department.

This role partners with sales and service teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The position emphasizes budgeting, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to expand the electrical portfolio in a growing home

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential electrical leadership experience.
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, and grow electrical teams.
• Strong knowledge of residential systems, troubleshooting, and NEC code.
• Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred or required by regulation.
• Demonstrated business acumen with budgeting and KPI management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing team of electricians and apprentices.
• Establish a culture of safety, professionalism, and superb service.
• Oversee service, repair, replacement, and installation operations.
• Ensure compliance with NEC and licensing requirements.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, revenue, and departmental profitability.
• Collaborate with sales, dispatch, and customer service for seamless operations.
• Support estimating, job scoping, and proposal development for large projects.
