You will help drive electrical distribution sales, stock and maintain the showroom, assist with warehouse tasks, and build strong customer relationships. 2+ years in customer service or sales in electrical distribution, HS diploma required. Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience preferred.
• Previous branch experience preferred.
• High School or GED - Required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with purchases and processing orders or returns.
• Assist in driving electrical distribution sales and developing new and existing customer relationships.
• Assist with daily restocking, showroom maintenance, and keeping showroom and counter organized.
• Assist with warehouse functions including receiving, shipping, stocking, and deliveries.
• Stay informed on product knowledge and assist inside sales as needed.
• Inform manager of safety hazards or customer satisfaction issues.
