Echo Electric, a brand owned by Sonepar, is seeking a motivated Counter Sales Representative in Toledo, OH. You will assist customers during the sales process, maintain product knowledge, and support warehouse tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

You will use ERP software to track orders, prepare documentation, and follow up with customers while building strong relationships. Echo Electric offers comprehensive benefits and a path for development within a collaborative, safe environment.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in the electrical industry or knowledge of electrical products.
• Ability to communicate effectively, stay organized and work within a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move around a warehouse.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to complete EDGE and EPEC Bronze Level training within 18 months.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers during the sales process using ERP software and maintain a professional sales demeanor.
• Track and fulfill sales orders by picking orders, documenting appropriately, and making follow-up calls.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and generate stock requests as needed.
• Create and maintain a safe, clean work environment and foster positive working relationships.
