You will warmly assist contractors, take orders, and guide customers to the right electrical products for job sites. Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail or contractor-facing role.
• Experience helping customers find products and process orders.
• Ability to handle multiple order channels (in person, phone, email).

Responsibilities

• Take orders in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Greet and assist customers as they enter the branch.
• Collaborate with customers to fulfill order requests.
• Load orders into customers’ vehicles or delivery trucks.
• Provide product information to customers (training provided).
• Assist colleagues in the back-of-store warehouse as needed.
• Lift up to 75 pounds as required.
