You will build relationships with contractors and facility managers to drive repeat business and represent Shepherd professionally at the counter.

Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and eager to learn the electrical industry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in the electrical industry preferred.
• Proficiency in computer usage; Eclipse software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and call-in customers with part identification, product selection, and order processing.
• Provide accurate quotes and follow through to close — no dropped handoffs.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and represent Shepherd professionally.
