Job summary

Rexel USA in Burley, ID is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to provide immediate service and product knowledge for customers. You will help with purchases and order processing and work closely with the branch team to receive, ship, and stock showroom items.

You’ll drive electrical distribution sales for the counter business, build new and existing customer relationships, stay informed on product knowledge, and assist with showroom upkeep and other branch duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience
• Previous branch experience preferred
• High School or GED is required
• Forklift/warehouse equipment certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with their purchases and processing of their orders or returns
• Assist in driving electrical distribution sales for our counter business and developing new and existing customer relationships
• Stay informed and educated on product knowledge
• Inform manager of any safety hazards or elevated situations
• Assist with daily restocking, showroom maintenance, and keeping showroom and counter clean and organized
• May be required to perform other branch duties including inside sales, order fulfillment, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping
• Perform other duties as assigned
