Rexel USA is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to join our Platt team in Bozeman, MT. You will provide exceptional service, help customers with purchases and returns, and support showroom and counter operations.

The role involves driving electrical distribution sales, maintaining product knowledge, and assisting with receiving, stocking, and occasional deliveries. Strong customer service and teamwork are essential in this busy branch environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience preferred.
• Previous branch experience preferred.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other equipment preferred.
• High School or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with purchases and processing orders or returns.
• Assist in driving electrical distribution sales and develop customer relationships.
• Stay informed on product knowledge and showroom maintenance.
• Help with receiving, stocking, and inventory tasks in the showroom and counter.
• May deliver up to 20% of the time as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
