Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or sales in electrical distribution.
• High School or GED required.
• Knowledge of electrical products and distribution environments preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with purchases and processing of orders.
• Drive electrical distribution sales for the counter business and develop new and existing customer relationships.
• Assist with daily restocking, showroom maintenance, and keeping showroom and counter clean and organized.
• Assist with warehouse functions as needed, including receiving, shipping, stocking, and deliveries.
• Stay informed and educated on product knowledge.
• Assist inside sales as needed.
• Inform manager of any potentially hazardous or elevated safety concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
