Rexel USA is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to join our Capitol Heights, MD team. You will deliver prompt, courteous service, process purchases, and help manage showroom operations while supporting the branch team with receiving, shipping, and stocking.

You will build relationships, stay knowledgeable about electrical products, and assist inside sales as needed. This role demands strong communication, organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical product knowledge and showroom operations is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with their purchases and processing of their orders or returns.
• Assist in driving electrical distribution sales and developing new and existing customer relationships.
• Assist with daily restocking, showroom maintenance, and keeping showroom and counter clean and organized.
• Assist with warehouse functions such as receiving, shipping, stocking, and deliveries.
• Stay informed and educated on product knowledge.
