Job summary

North Coast, part of the Sonepar family, seeks a Counter Sales professional in the Bellevue area to support contractor, industrial and OEM markets. You will manage quotations, order entries, and proactive customer service while fostering strong vendor relationships.

The role requires prior electrical sales experience, excellent communication, and a team-oriented mindset. Typical 40-hour weeks with potential after-hours based on business needs, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience and product knowledge in the electrical field is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Self-motivated problem solver in a team environment.
• Positive attitude, willingness and desire to improve skill level.
• Experience with Microsoft Office/Excel/Word.
• Proficiency in Solar Eclipse is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Counter Sales for Contractor, Industrial & OEM Market.
• Quotations, order entry, tracking and proactive Customer Service.
• Counter and other sales/support duties as directed.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key vendors.
• Commit to proactive and team approach to sales.
• Identify and pursue gross margin and market share growth opportunities.
• Promote heavily the DOTP (Deliver on the Promise) CSG's for increased share.
• Relationship building with Will Call customers.
• Daily merchandising display maintenance.
• Helping warehouse as needed (wire cuts, filling orders, loading delivery truck).
• Other duties as assigned.
