Job summary

North Coast, part of the Sonepar group, seeks a Counter Sales professional in Klamath Falls, OR. You will handle contractor, industrial and OEM sales, prepare quotations, enter orders, and provide proactive customer service while building strong vendor relationships.

This on-site, full-time role requires strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and a team-oriented attitude. Electrical sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Experience in electrical sales is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Excel/Word is required.

Responsibilities

• Counter Sales for Contractor, Industrial & OEM Market.
• Quotations, order entry, tracking and proactive Customer Service.
• Counter and other sales/support duties as directed.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key vendors.
• Commit to proactive and team approach to sales.
• Identify and pursue gross margin and market share growth opportunities.
• Promote DOTP Customer Service Guarantees for increased share.
• Relationship building with Will Call customers.
• Help warehouse as needed (wire cuts, filling orders, loading delivery truck).
• Other duties as assigned.
