Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience preferred.
• High School or GED - Required.
• Electrical product knowledge and experience preferred.
• Familiar with showroom restocking and basic warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with purchases and returns.
• Assist in driving electrical distribution sales and develop customer relationships.
• Support daily restocking, showroom maintenance, and keep showroom and counter organized.
• Assist with warehouse functions such as receiving, shipping, stocking, and deliveries.
• Stay informed on product knowledge and assist inside sales as needed.
• Report safety or customer satisfaction issues to management.
