Rexel USA is seeking a Counter Sales Representative in Capitol Heights, MD to deliver excellent service and product knowledge to customers. You will support the branch team, assist with inventory and order processing, and help grow electrical distribution sales at the counter.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of relevant experience, high school education, and strong interpersonal skills. Prior experience in a branch setting and familiarity with Windows-based systems are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly with purchases and returns.
• Assist in driving electrical distribution sales and develop customer relationships.
• Help with daily restocking, showroom maintenance, and keeping the showroom organized.
• Assist warehouse functions including receiving, shipping, stocking, and deliveries.
• Stay informed on product knowledge and support inside sales as needed.
