Job summary

DSG is seeking an Electrical Counter Sales Associate in Helena, MT. This is a full-time, hourly position with hours typically 7 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, supporting customers at the City Desk and assisting warehouse duties as needed.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years of college/technical schooling or 3–5 years field experience in electrical products, strong customer service skills, and familiarity with ERP systems. DSG offers strong ESOP benefits and extensive training.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of college or technical school or equivalent; or 3–5 years field experience in electrical products.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at City Desk with order placement and fulfillment.
• Write and fill orders accurately and timely.
• Generate customer quotations and follow up as needed.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support.
• Maintain a clean and appealing counter display area.
