DSG is seeking a Plumbing, HVAC, & Electrical Counter Sales Associate in Bozeman, MT. This full-time, hourly role supports the City Desk, processes orders, and assists with warehouse duties 7 am–5 pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of college or technical school or 3-5 years field experience in Plumbing, HVAC, & Electrical products.
• Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication across in-person, phone, and email.
• Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency with computers; ERP systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary facilitator for customer orders at the City Desk.
• Assist customers professionally with product inquiries.
• Write and fill orders accurately and promptly.
• Generate quotations and follow up as needed.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support.
