Rexel USA in Pompano Beach, FL seeks a Counter Sales Representative for the Mayer Team to deliver prompt, courteous service, assist customers with purchases and returns, and help drive electrical distribution sales.

You will support showroom upkeep, restocking, and warehouse tasks, develop new and existing customer relationships, stay informed on product knowledge, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate orders and timely deliveries.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience preferred
• Previous branch experience preferred
• High School or GED - Required

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with their purchases and processing of their orders or returns
• Assist in driving electrical distribution sales and develop new and existing customer relationships
• Assist with daily restocking, showroom maintenance, and keeping showroom and counter organized
• Assist with warehouse functions: receiving, shipping, stocking, and deliveries
• Stay informed on product knowledge
• Inform manager of any potentially hazard or elevated situation pertaining to safety or the satisfaction of a customer
