You will help drive electrical distribution sales, maintain the showroom, and support warehouse tasks as needed. Strong product knowledge and communication skills are essential in a fast-paced branch environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience preferred.
• Previous branch experience preferred.
• High School or GED - Required

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their purchases and processing orders or returns.
• Assist in driving electrical distribution sales and develop new and existing customer relationships.
• Restock showroom and keep showroom and counter clean and organized.
• Assist with warehouse functions: receiving, shipping, stocking, and deliveries.
• Stay informed on product knowledge and assist inside sales as needed.
• Report safety or customer-satisfaction concerns to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned
