Rexel USA is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to join our Mayer Team in Chesterfield, VA. You will deliver superior service, assist customers with purchases and orders, and help maintain the showroom and inventory.

As an Early Professional, you’ll grow knowledge of electrical products, develop customer relationships, and support inside sales and warehouse tasks in a fast-paced branch environment. Formal training and on-the-job coaching are provided as you contribute to safe, efficient

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience preferred.
• High School or GED - Required.
• Electrical product knowledge and distribution experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate on all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with their purchases and processing of their orders or returns.
• Assist in driving electrical distribution sales and developing new and existing customer relationships.
• Assist with daily restocking, showroom maintenance, and keeping showroom and counter clean and organized.
• Assist with warehouse functions as needed including receiving, shipping, stocking, and deliveries.
• Stay informed and educated on product knowledge.
• Assist inside sales as needed.
