Job summary
Nestlé Anderson, Indiana production facility, is seeking an electrician/automation professional to support PLC and HMI programming, troubleshoot electrical and control systems, and document all issues. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and continuous improvement within a high‑volume beverage production environment.
The position operates on a 2/2/3 schedule with 12‑hour shifts (6:00pm–6:00am) and offers a competitive wage with incentives and benefits.
Qualifications
- Associate degree/technical certificate in related field or 3–5 years of equivalent experience.
- Experience with automation systems for building, facility, packaging, utility, and process controls preferred.
- Experience with PLC software and HMI systems.
- Familiarity with electrical schematics and safety circuits.
Responsibilities
- Execute real time troubleshooting with maintenance/Operations team and follow up to ensure issues are addressed.
- Support maintenance troubleshooting and line maintenance as needed.
- Ensure accurate documentation of electrical and automation platforms.
- Analyze performance data to improve unplanned stops.
- Participate in KPI pillars and continuous improvement initiatives.
