Job summary

The I&E Technician at Kinetik maintains the controls and electrical systems of the Natural Gas Processing Plant and related pipeline facilities to ensure safe and compliant operation across the assets. Key duties include scheduled inspections, identifying malfunctions, recording maintenance data, and troubleshooting control equipment in field settings within Wisconsin.

The role requires travel to other field facilities and strong communication with operations teams.

Qualifications

Minimum of associate degree in electrical & controls technology preferred.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in operations & maintenance of electrical and controls systems.
Interpersonal communication skills required to interface with all teams, personnel and vendors.
Good communicator and work planner with experience using computer applications.

Responsibilities

Performs regularly scheduled inspections of electrical and controls systems for safe and compliant operation.
Identifies malfunctions/failures and takes corrective action to repair.
Maintains and records operating status and maintenance records of plant equipment.
Troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains control and electrical equipment (electronics, HV, pneumatic and mechanical).
Performs other activities as required by Operations Management.
