Job summary

NAES is seeking an Instrumentation Controls and Electrical (IC&E) Technician to maintain and repair instruments, control systems and electrical equipment in the Renewable Natural Gas process.

You will perform preventive maintenance, calibrate instruments, troubleshoot DCS/PLC and turbine control equipment, and assist in spare parts inventory while supporting safety programs under the Area Manager. Regular Monday–Friday shifts with potential on-call duties are described.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Instrument Technician program a plus.
• Experience maintaining instrumentation, controls and electrical systems up to 480 V.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on major equipment and emergency backup systems.
• Maintain equipment files, logs and drawings for designated equipment.
• Calibrate instruments as scheduled and maintain plant instrumentation.
• Troubleshoot DCS, PLC and turbine control equipment.
• Assist in spare parts inventory management and physical inventories.
• Support safety and regulatory compliance programs.
• Work schedule: Monday–Friday with potential extended hours and on-call duties.
