Job summary

NAES Corporation is seeking an Instrumentation Controls and Electrical (IC&E) Technician to maintain and repair instruments, control systems and electrical equipment in our Renewable Natural Gas process facility.

The role requires hands-on work with DCS/PLC and turbine control equipment, calibration of instruments, calibration and documentation, and adherence to safety programs. Regular Monday–Friday schedule with on-call as needed, up to 480V systems.

Qualifications

• Four years of high school education or equivalent.
• Graduation from an Instrument Technician program is a plus.
• Proven technician experience with instrumentation, controls, and electrical systems.
• Experience with voltages up to 480 volts is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on major equipment and backup systems.
• Maintain equipment files, logs, and drawings.
• Calibrate instruments as scheduled.
• Troubleshoot and repair instrumentation, controls, and electrical systems.
• Read blueprints and use hand/power tools.
• Work with voltages up to 480 volts.
