Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in superintendent role on projects valued at $100 million or larger.
• Experience in Hyperscale Data Centers is required.
• OSHA 30-hour certification required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the coordination of trade contractors to ensure quality work.
• Communicate schedule status and updates to the project team.
• Act as the primary safety representative and enforce compliance.
