Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience leading major projects valued at $100 million or larger in commercial construction.
• Hyperscale Data Center experience is required.
• OSHA 30-hour certified.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily coordination of trade contractors to ensure high-quality work.
• Maintain understanding of contract documents to anticipate potential problems.
• Act as primary safety representative in the field.
