Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience on commercial/industrial construction project(s) in a superintendent role.
• Hyperscale Data Center experience is required.
• OSHA 30-hour certified.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day coordination of trade contractors.
• Ensure high-quality work meets project schedule.
• Lead contractor meetings regularly.
