Job summary

Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Technical degree or AAM graduation, or equivalent.
- Combination of education, training and experience may substitute.
- Strong experience with Rockwell Controls Software, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Strong electrical knowledge and control systems experience.
- Equipment knowledge may be required based on location.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills a must.
- Experience in a food processing plant is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide expertise using Rockwell Automation software and mentor a team to develop engineered solutions.
- Review plant KPIs and equipment data to identify improvements and lead the team to implement them.
- Identify potential cost savings and cost avoidance; drive continuous improvement projects to results.
- Mentor, develop, train and validate knowledge of controls systems with mechanics.
