Bimbo Bakeries USA in Kansas City, MO is seeking a self-motivated maintenance and automation supervisor for a highly automated bakery and distribution facility. You will oversee essential maintenance activities and provide automation controls support across PLCs, HMIs, drives, and robotics.

The ideal candidate has an electrical engineering degree and 3+ years in automation, strong problem-solving skills, and experience with Rockwell PLCs.

Qualifications

• EE degree or equivalent with 3+ years in automation.
• Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs, VFDs and HMIs/OITs.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting in automated environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise maintenance activities and provide automation controls support.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and develop engineered solutions.
• Mentor and train maintenance personnel on electrical troubleshooting and controls.
• Interact with operations, IT and suppliers to ensure equipment uptime and safety.
