Job summary

Accenture Construct seeks a senior construction manager to oversee design, development, and integration of electrical control systems for life sciences facilities. You will drive planning, reviews, and execution with cross-functional teams, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely delivery.

The role requires 10+ years in engineering and 3+ years in senior-level construction/design management, with strong leadership and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field) preferred, or an additional four years of related experience.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, civil) preferably in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or data center environments.
• 3+ years of senior-level construction management or design management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, development, and integration of electrical controls systems (SCADA, EPMS, switchgear, power distribution) for life sciences facilities.
• Provide technical input on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and civil designs during planning and execution.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to meet specs, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead installation, testing, commissioning, and startup activities for building systems.
