Electrical Automation Services is hiring a Controls Technician to maintain and optimize plant-wide electrical, automation and process control systems on high-speed production lines in Swedesboro, NJ. You will lead troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and cross-shift technician training to maximize equipment uptime.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in electrical maintenance and industrial controls, with proficiency in Rockwell, Siemens, and Mitsubishi platforms, and the ability to read

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with extensive industrial controls, automation, or electrical maintenance experience.
• Associate's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field is a plus.
• Experience with electrical schematics, P&IDs, and control systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize plant-wide electrical, automation, and process control systems on high-speed production lines.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for electrical/controls failures.
• Train and coordinate Electro-Mechanics across all shifts.
