Job summary

Electrical Automation Services is seeking a Controls Technician to join our on-site team in Pennsville, NJ. You will maintain and optimize plant electrical, automation, and process control systems on high-speed food production lines, providing technical leadership across shifts.

You will troubleshoot, lead root-cause analysis, and train Electro-Mechanics. Experience with Rockwell, Siemens, and Mitsubishi programming is essential, along with the ability to read schematics and P&ID diagrams.

Qualifications

Extensive industrial controls, automation, or electrical maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

Maintain and optimize plant electrical, automation, and process control systems to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.
Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for electrical and controls-related equipment failures.
Train and coordinate Electro-Mechanics across all shifts.
Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for PLCs, drives, networks, and production equipment.
Maintain electrical schematics, control programs, system configurations, and equipment documentation.
Support plant utilities including steam, refrigeration, HVAC, compressed air, water, and power distribution.
Follow GMP, safety, quality, and regulatory standards and drive continuous improvement.
