Job summary

Electrical Automation Services is hiring a Controls Technician for a large commercial bakery in Swedesboro, NJ. On-site work in Cherry Hill area, maintaining and optimizing plant-wide electrical, automation, and process control systems on high-speed production lines.

You will lead troubleshooting, provide technical leadership, and training to Electro-Mechanics across all shifts while following GMP, safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with extensive industrial controls, automation, or electrical maintenance experience.
• Reading electrical schematics, P&IDs, and maintenance manuals is required.
• Proficiency with Rockwell (Allen-Bradley), Siemens, and Mitsubishi programming, configuration, and troubleshooting software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize plant electrical, automation, and process control systems to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for electrical and controls-related equipment failures.
• Train and coordinate Electro-Mechanics across all shifts.
