Electrical Automation Services in Swedesboro, NJ is seeking a Controls Technician to maintain, troubleshoot and optimize plant-wide electrical, automation and process control systems on high-speed production lines. You will lead troubleshooting efforts and share knowledge with Electro-Mechanics across shifts.

Qualifications

• Extensive industrial controls, automation, or electrical maintenance experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, P&IDs and maintenance manuals.
• Proficiency with Rockwell, Siemens, and Mitsubishi programming software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize plant electrical, automation, and process control systems.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for controls-related issues.
• Train and coordinate Electro-Mechanics across shifts.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of PLCs, drives, networks.
• Ensure GMP, safety, and regulatory standards are followed.
