Howmet Aerospace invites students to join Plant 4, Thermatech Coatings and Ti-Ingot Operations in Whitehall, MI as an Electrical/Controls Engineer Intern and/or Co-op. The program lasts 10–14 weeks with structured hands-on training, plant tours, and seminars, culminating in project presentations to leadership.

Interns gain exposure to PLC upgrades, controls/HMI upgrades, and schematic reviews, with potential for entry-level opportunities based on performance.

Formación

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electrical Engineering Technology, or Computer Engineering.
• Intern candidates: minimum completion of Sophomore level coursework by May 2027.
• Co-op candidates: enrollment in a co-op program.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with PLC upgrades and controls/HMI upgrades.
• Review and deploy equipment schematics.
• Contribute to hands-on internship projects during 10–14 weeks.
