Howmet Aerospace Inc. is seeking motivated students for its 2027 summer intern program at Howmet Engine Systems in Cleveland, OH.

The 10–14 week program provides hands-on training, plant tours, seminars, and a value-adding project with presentation to management. Ideal candidates are pursuing a bachelor's degree, have completed sophomore coursework, and possess strong verbal and written communication, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and in teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum completion of Sophomore level coursework from an accredited institution.
• Visa sponsorship is not available;United States work authorization required.

Responsabilités

• Support HR projects and initiatives during the internship.
• Present project results to plant managers, supervisors, and mentors.
• Collaborate with HR team and other interns to gain broad exposure.
