Responsibilities

• Provide oversite and direction to a distributed team of engineers and technologists located internationally.
• Recruit new talent for interns/co-ops and new hire engineers and technologists.
• Ensure resources are trained, qualified, and supporting design and installation of electrical systems and equipment.
• Identify engineering priorities by assessing project goals, execution time, and costs.
• Improve project performance and margins through lessons learned and best practices.
• Develop training plans and mentor the next generation of engineers.
