Westinghouse Electric Company in Cranberry Township, PA, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee small to mid-size projects, including management of scopes, schedules, and costs. You will report to the Senior Director North America pre-EPC portfolio and be located at the global headquarters with a hybrid work model (on-site 2 days per week).

The role emphasizes planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication across engineering, procurement, and project controls.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in a technical industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, PM, Business, or related field.
• Experience as PM on technical industries such as engineering or nuclear.
• 7+ years leading low-to-moderate complexity projects; 3 years PM + 2 years tech leadership may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management processes for moderate to high complexity projects or a portfolio of lower complexity projects, leading medium-sized teams (10–30 members).
• Support proposal process and upcoming opportunities, as assigned.
• Oversee development of cost estimates and offers for pre-EPC early works contracts.
• Develop project management plans and baselines (scope, schedule, cost) with risk registers per WPMR.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and interface with clients and partners.
