Job summary
Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to design electrical systems, instrumentation and controls, and wiring for nuclear products and projects. The role reports to the Manager of Instrumentation and Controls - Electrical Engineering and offers a hybrid work arrangement with on-site collaboration at Cranberry Township, PA or Rock Hill, SC.
The candidate will use Mathcad, Matlab, and PSpice to develop engineering design documents, perform calculations, and plan
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering.
- Engineering design and analysis experience.
- Proficiency with Mathcad, Matlab, and PSpice.
Responsibilities
- Design for nuclear products and projects including electrical system design, instrumentation and controls designs, and system wiring
- Work with Mathcad, Matlab, PSpice
- Work with internal groups on similar levels
- Plan and schedule work
- Use standards, techniques, procedures and criteria for development of engineering design documents including calculations and specifications
