Responsibilities

Support plant leadership in achieving business and financial goals by developing and maintaining robust testing and assembly processes.
Design, development, fabrication, validation, installation, and troubleshooting of production equipment and programs.
Develop guidelines for test equipment design, testing protocols and data collection.
Troubleshoot and support controls for production equipment, test equipment and electrical systems.
Lead cost-out initiatives and drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma.
