Job summary

You will participate in design, development, installation, and troubleshooting of production equipment and programs. The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering, 4+ years in controls/test engineering, and expertise in PLC/HMI programming with safety systems design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of four years of Controls/Test engineering experience.
• Experience programming and troubleshooting PLC/HMI systems.
• Experience with PLC and HMI programming, and an understanding of safety systems design.

Responsibilities

• Develop testing and assembly processes to support plant operations.
• Design, develop, validate, install, and troubleshoot production equipment and programs.
• Provide guidelines for test equipment design and data collection.
• Troubleshoot controls for production equipment and electrical systems.
• Develop test equipment specifications meeting electrical safety and OSHA standards.
• Interface SQL databases with production systems and ensure quality conformance.
