Job summary
ESPO Corporation in Morristown, TN is seeking an experienced Electrical/Controls Engineer with strong PLC programming and industrial automation skills. The role focuses on Siemens STEP 7 and Schneider Electric PLC platforms, AutoCAD drawings, and CMMS-based maintenance planning.
You will lead safety and compliance, mentor technicians, and collaborate with operations to improve equipment reliability and plant performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years leading a plant maintenance/industrial manufacturing team or 5+ years supervisory experience.
- Experience with CMMS and TPM or Reliability initiatives preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and modify PLC programs using Siemens STEP 7 and Schneider Electric software.
- Lead safety processes to prevent injuries and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations to improve equipment reliability.
- Maintain technical documentation and change records.
- Read electrical/mechanical schematics and perform root cause analysis.
