Job summary

Toppan Flexible Packaging Inc is seeking an experienced Electrical/Controls Engineer in Morristown, TN. The ideal candidate will have strong PLC programming skills, hands-on experience with Siemens STEP7 and Schneider Electric PLC platforms and proficiency in AutoCAD and CMMS software.

The role involves developing PLC programs, ensuring workplace safety, and leading compliance with regulations. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, along with experience in leading plant maintenance departments.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of successful experience leading a plant maintenance department in an industrial manufacturing environment.
5 years of supervisory manufacturing experience.
Experience with CMMS preferred.
Experience in TPM or Reliability field preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and modify PLC programs using Siemens STEP7 and Schneider Electric PLC software.
Ensure safety of all employees through comprehensive safety processes.
Lead plant compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
Support continuous improvement activities.
Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams.
