Job summary

LS Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Lead to drive mass production, business planning, and new model initiatives, ensuring safety, quality, environmental, delivery, cost, and morale targets are met.

The role leads cross-functional teams, analyzes data, mentors staff, manages budgets, and implements PDCA-driven improvements. Travel and overtime may be required to support uptime and continuous improvement efforts on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in manufacturing-related computer applications.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead projects from initiation to completion.
• Technical troubleshooting and analytical capabilities.
