Job description

Electrical Engineering field with expertise in Manufacturing Engineering

Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of 3 to 10 electrical engineers and technical staff, overseeing one or more product lines.
2. Triaging technical issues, prioritizing tasks, creating engineering project scopes, making project assignments, and organizing resources.
3. Applying strong acumen and experience to lead engineering projects across various Electrical Engineering disciplines, including Embedded Systems, Power Systems, RF and Communications, Electric Motors, and Actuators.
4. Familiarity with product development and manufacturing of mature products in the automotive or aerospace domains.
