Pro Mach, Inc. in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Aftermarket Controls Engineer to design and implement electrical control panels and systems for packaging machines.

You will create schematics, BOMs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with safety standards. The role requires strong electrical design experience, proficiency with AutoCAD Electrical, and knowledge of PLC/HMI logic, servo/AC/DC motors, and power distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering required; master’s preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years in electrical design/applications engineering.
• Familiarity with UL, NEMA and CE codes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Electrical design software.
• Knowledge of PLC & HMI logic, servo/AC/DC motors, and power distribution.

Responsibilities

• Design control panels and electrical systems for packaging machinery.
• Prepare technical drawings, schematics, and BOMs.
• Review and issue electrical designs; provide on-site/off-site technical support.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Aftermarket, and Field Services to meet schedules.
