You will work independently and with a team on complex shipboard projects, including prototype execution, troubleshooting, installation support, and training of ships personnel. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 4+ years of experience, and the ability to obtain DoD clearance.

The GBS Group has an exciting opportunity for a Control Systems Engineer. Asa Control Systems Engineer with GBS, you will work both independently and witha team of designers and engineers on complex projects related to Naval ship platforms. The position will develop and design state of the art systems for implementation aboard US Naval Vessels. This will include prototype execution and demonstration, troubleshooting, installation support and coordination. Direct training of ships personnel and support staff and life cycle support functions will be accomplished. This position will also contribute real value bydeveloping future systems for HM&E Machinery Control Systems for U.S. Navy,Coast Guard, Army and Military Sealift Ships supported by the U.S. Navy.
