Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance on assigned customer products in the service shop.
• Disassembles, cleans, and inspects components for repair.
• Diagnoses system components and proposes solutions to customers.
• Prepares job forms listing parts and work required.
• Designs, fabricates, machines, and welds parts and components.
• Repairs hydraulic, fluid power, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Assembles new and repaired equipment.
• Tests repaired equipment for performance and readiness for shipment or storage.
• Answers technical questions to assist customers and provide quotes.
• Builds customer relationships to drive repeat business.
