Job summary

Rinvio is seeking an experienced leader to direct major electrical construction efforts from South Bend, IN. The role carries accountability for strategic direction, client partnerships, and financial results, with full-time W-2 employment.

You will guide execution planning, lead PMs and field leaders, and ensure project performance meets budgets and schedules while upholding safety and quality standards. This senior position requires strong communication and licensing alignment.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in leadership roles overseeing electrical construction.
• Experience delivering large projects involving data centers, manufacturing facilities, industrial operations, or mission-critical environments.
• Strong team leadership paired with clear, effective communication.
• Licensing obligations and other jurisdictional requirements will be clarified through screening.
