Integrated Building Solutions in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead commercial electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. You will plan resources, supervise field personnel and subcontractors, maintain construction standards, and develop strong client relationships to secure future work.

Candidates bring at least three years’ design-build experience, knowledge of NEC/NFPA 70E, and a results‑driven, detail‑oriented approach;

Qualifications

• Minimum three years working for an electrical design-build contractor.
• Thorough knowledge of NEC and NFPA 70E.
• Ability to produce on-time and profitable projects.

Responsibilities

• Determining resources (labor, equipment, materials) from start to finish.
• Planning to ensure deadlines are met and costs are within budget.
• Oversee/manage field personnel/subcontractors daily.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency; meet or exceed construction standards/codes.
• Develop/maintain customer relationships to secure future work.
• Always searching for new opportunities.
